
A Strategy Session is a focused, private consultation — typically 90 minutes via Zoom — designed to help you think clearly about a specific leadership challenge, decision, or dynamic you are navigating. It is not a sales call. It is a working session.
This session is designed for founders, executives, and senior leaders who are dealing with one or more of the following:
A high-stakes decision with significant strategic or reputational consequences.
A complex stakeholder environment where communication has broken down, or trust is under pressure.
A leadership transition — stepping into a new role, expanding scope, or navigating organisational change.
A question about presence, influence, or how you are being perceived in a critical context.
We will come prepared.
You will be asked, in advance of the session, to share a brief context about your situation.
During the conversation, we will draw on insights from behavioural science, performance, organisational psychology, and strategic advisory experience to help you see your situation more clearly and identify the most important levers available to you.
Some clients use this session as a standalone consultation.
Others go on to an ongoing advisory relationship. Either is a valid outcome.
The Strategy Session (90 mins) is a two-part process — a 30-minute diagnostic conversation followed by a 60-minute strategy session.
We review every submission personally. If we believe we can add genuine value, you will hear from us within 48 hours with a calendar link to confirm your session. The session is 90 minutes via Zoom. Session investment: $1500 USD.
