We work with founders, executives, and senior leaders on the psychological dimensions of presence, decision-making, and influence — the forces that determine how you're perceived, trusted, and followed when it matters most.


Our approach draws on two disciplines that most people never think of together — behavioural science and the performing arts. 


Behavioural science reveals the psychological patterns shaping how you think, decide, and communicate under pressure. The performing arts understand something most leadership frameworks miss entirely — that authority is not just psychological. It is physical. It is vocal. It is constructed in the body before it is ever registered in the mind. 


That combination is what we call psycho-strategy. And it produces results that neither discipline could achieve alone.

Formally trained in psychology, organisational behaviour, and technology-enabled business at the University of Sydney, with executive education at MIT and Indian School of Business. 

WhY This Work Exists

Leaders today have more frameworks, coaching programmes, and productivity tools than any generation before. And yet the most consequential decisions — the ones that shape careers, organisations, and reputations — still go wrong.

Most presence coaching teaches you what to do with your hands. This work starts with understanding why you lose authority in certain rooms, why your instincts break down under scrutiny, and what it actually takes to lead with consistency — not performance.

A senior executive stepping into a regional leadership role was losing authority in rooms she had previously commanded. The issue wasn’t her capability — it was a specific pattern in how she communicated under challenge.
